Cohen harvey.s.cohen@gmail.com Rabbi Jack Moline described the wanton torture and gory murder as “… a way of helping American Jews shed some of their Holocaust baggage and getting more comfortable with their Zionist sides.” I am certainly less comfortable to think of this as a “Zionist side”, although I’m afraid that it too accurately describes many Israeli settlers, especially the “price tag” thugs who attack Palestinians to protest Israeli government policies. I was to young when they murdered more than half of my family in Sobibor and Auschwitz.. The Germans murdered all of my friends I was suppose have grown up with.
