<description>The Federal Government and the new owners should make sure that the Federal Veterinary Meat Inspectors rule with a Iron Hand. I used to be one of them! I could shut down any plant, to which I was assigned, for any violation of the Federal 1906 Meat Inspection law,AND I COULD NOT BE FIRED!!! i worked side by side with Hekshers and approved the carcasses after they placed their Hebrew mark upon it. There was never any problem that could not be solved.
