      <description>I agree with the author. There&#8217;s much confusion about the legality of some settlements, plus Palestineans also build illegal settlements. That, of course, is no justification for attrocities on either side. Palestineans should be given fair trade and open borders. If Israel wants to close its borders for security purposes it should respect Palestineans rights to the sea and a passage to other nations. The mortar attacks are no longer an excuse given the weaponry Israel holds for its defence.</description>
