I often wonder whether giving publicity to these fringe voices does more harm than good. That is why, we may find Jewish individual performances outstanding; but team-work or working collectively is lacking. There is a need to prioratize the team-work or collective efforts among Jews. Individual performances serve nothing. Moses had the ability to motivate Jews working as a team. We again need a motivational leader like Moses; who could integrate different components of a mechanism to let mechanism work; who could integrate different voices of Jews/Zionists as a well-knitted and united nation of Jews.
