Hurricane Irene: Finding God’s message in Long Branch
Hat tip to my wife for catching this gem on NBC-4 in New York.
The reporter on the scene in Long Branch, N.J. waves over three locals and asks them what they're doing out in the storm.
Local #1: We're from the neighborhood. We wanna see the awesomeness that Hashem [God] did. And I guess he's giving us a message. I don't know what it is, but it's time to wake up and see what the right thing Hashem wants us to do.
And if that wasn't enough... the baffled anchor back at the studio said the whole thing reminded her of Jersey Shore!
Do Snooki and The Situation ever talk Torah?
