Has the JTA become just another tired, full of itself left wing site? The sacraments of the religion of the left are to hate and mock Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin and any of the new media who say the emperor is not wearing any clothes.

I do not find this Daily Show piece funny. I am not a big fun of Glen Beck, but this political charade camouflages its hateful intent to discredit conservatives.

Let’s see. Discredit the Conservatives. So Limbaugh, Beck, Inhofe, Coburn, Boehner, McConnell, Kyl, Brownback, Armey, Cornyn, Palin, the Birthers, Gingrich, Bachmann, Romney, Giuliani, Cheney, the militia leaders, and hundreds more are the TRUE voices of America and everything they say is correct and any counter argument is a lame attempt to discredit them?

According to the mass of them the following are all truths:
- A big winter blizzard proved global warming is a farce
- Obama is not an American Citizen
- The USA was founded as a Christian nation
- Evolution is a farce and the earth is only nearly 6,000 years old
- Obama’s health care will lead us to Communism and eventually Naziism [crowed by nearly everyone mentioned above]
- Obama’ health care called for death panels
- Obama’s health care would mandate who would live and who would die
- Obama gave the Banks $700 billion under TARP
- There never was a terrorist attack under Bush
- Obama’s fiscal policies have not created one single job
- Obama’s fiscal policies have added a trillion $ to our deficit
- Bush kept us safe and Obama has instituted policies that favor terrorists
- Meeting with the world’s leaders is wrongheaded and opens the USA to more terrorism
- The recent events in our economy prove that Wall Street and the Banks run far better with absolutely no regulations and any existing ones must be eliminated

I must stop because to be complete I would need several pages.

The Daily Show piece is very funny and it is true. Beck and Limbaugh have gigantic track records to follow.

Now educate me: Name one thing the GOP has accomplished since 1994 when the loons began their assault on a once great and proud Party. Yes, the GOP gave us National Parks, the national highway system, initiated the vaunted civil rights movement under Eisenhower, gave us the EPA, OSHA, Superfund environmental clean-up, food safety and regulation, kept the banks honest and so on and so forth.

Now the Progressives have definitely destroyed our country. Because of their idiotic behavior and lunatic policies we have child labor laws so 8 year olds no longer work 12 hours a day and six days a week, workplace safety so that workplaces must have clear fire exists and fire fighting ability, workers must be allowed breaks, we have public schools and public hospitals and public police departments and public libraries and public firefighters, public roads so driving is possible, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, paid holidays, paid vacations, sick leave, school lunches, freedom of worship (more and more under attack by the gang named above), and a whole host of others - pages worth.

Conservatism is an invention by the low-thinking William F. Buckley and got its start through the financing of Richard Vigeurie some 51 years ago. And Buckley was thoroughly sickened by what his movement had become and wrote bitterly about it.

So grow up. All the GOP stands for now is to get what they can while they can, the country be damned. Since 1994 they have done everything possible to completely stop the Democrats and have a written stated Party policy to not allow Obama to pass anything no matter what its worth.

And hipocracy? “ The stimulus is Socialism and will destroy our economy” followed by “My fellow citizens I am proud of my effort to bring much needed Stimulus money to our state. It has helped our economy and made jobs.”

Should I list more hipocracies? Some of which countered statements made only an hour earlier?

I’m sick of the criticism of the right on this site. For the life of me, I don’t understand Jews being Democrats, let alone progressives (Marxists). The left is so anti-Semitic that it’s not even funny!

Black does little more than let Beck discredit himself. Show us Beck piously criticizing others for making Nazi analogies, then run the dozens of fallacious, inane, and insane analogies Beck uses with permiscuous disregard for even loose-associative logical, let alone actual reasoned thought.

Just some comments on Liberal (now Progressive) and Leftist.

Liberals work for causes that improve the lives of the people and within this framework both Republicans and Democrats have been Liberals. Since the 1911+, Republicans have traditionally helped the rich and the Democrats have worked for the common good. Now both work for their own common good!

Leftist causes are usually anarchist in nature. Leftists use riots, threats and terrorism to bring attention to their causes. Animal rights groups are the most venal - they have a point but blowing up research labs makes few friends and supporters.

Liberals do not rail against Israel and attack Jews because they hate Israel - Leftists do. Liberals do not attack and shout down speakers with whom they disagree. Leftists do. Liberals don’t blow up public buildings to “make their point.” Leftists do.

So, Mr. Gamero, you are mixed up. Progressives are not Marxists - I assume you know what a Marxist is. Leftists are Marxists.

Europe is overrun by Leftists, hence massive Antisemitism and hatred of Israel. Leftists are marginalized in current America. They showed their wares in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s and the vast majority of the public soundly rejected them.

Jews have traditionally voted Democrat because of their domestic policies - civil rights, aid for the poor, etc. Currently only a selfish rube who lives only for greed finds a home in the Republican Party.
