Psycho Michael Weiner rants under the nom du radio of Michael “Savage,” because he is so humiliated by his Jewish heritage.  The other day he ranted and raved on his show about the “Jewish” element in the humor of Larry David.  Weiner’s complaint?  If only Jews could be more like Christians, how much better off everybody would be.  You see, Weiner objects to Larry David’s poking fun at “stereotypical” Jewish traits.  Weiner expresses this by complaining that Larry David is the type who would normally be working in the garment industry. Instead, Weiner states, David is in a business where he ridicules the noble, moral Christians who worship “crying” paintings of their holy icons.  So in other words, Weiner just HATES ethnic stereotypes, unless HE IS the one doing the stereotyping.  Of course, there is actually a logic to what Weiner is saying.  He hates stereotyping Christians, because he loves and admires Christians.  He himself LOVES stereotyping Jews, black, Muslims, because he hates Jews, blacks, and Muslims.  It is quite obvious from his statements that it eats him up alive to be a member of a group that, as he stereotypes it, spouts vulgarity from Hollywood, and thus pollutes the pure, moral Christian America he longs to be accepted by.
And just a note on an objective factual basis:  Weiner states that in the TV episode in question, the only Christian represented was an overweight, ugly woman.  No, Weiner, get your head out from up your ***.  Larry David’s character’s CHRISTIAN estranged wife was also depicted, and depicted as a beautiful,talented, woman who David’s character wants to remain married to.  And Julia Louis-Dreyfuss was also in the episode, a non Jew, and quite attractive.  But Weiner is too enraged by self hate to see the truth.

We have free press and pretty much unrestricted art.  But no one gets a pass on bad taste or cheap laughs.

For Maltzman to complain about “Savage” without explaining what “Savage” said (and I don’t defend “Savage” but at least had the integrity to hear what he said) without jumping on all the antis (you know, anti Muslims, anti Jews, anti Xians, anti various colors, amputees, blind, deaf, mentally ill, and so forth) is dishonest.  Would he like a Larry David show that slaps and slams wheelchair racers, deaf ministers, blind shopkeepers in government buildings, stutterers, or tourette syndrome shouters?  Not too damned funny, eh?

He complains because there are folk who think that Larry David is not always funny.  He is, I think, best when he is self-deprecating, and at his worst when he slams others. 

Consider this:  Had David decided to poke at Muslims rather than Xians he would have been put on the death list along with the Danish cartoonists and the newpapers.
And consider that Yale Press published a book about the cartoons without using the cartoons.
And yet these clowns complain that Americans are not “tolerant” enough without saying that nonAmericans are not “tolerant.”

I don’t care if you like “Savage” or not.  David uses cheap shots and that denigrates his otherwise creative work.  And to defend him on this one is wrong.

I’m a regular listener of Savage, First he is a very pro-israel guy. Secondly, I’ve never once heard him ridicule a Jew who was proud of who and what he was. And that is a category that does not include Larry David.

I also listen to savage every night.
I agree with Malzman. weiner is a phony. He talks about family values yet raised 2 kids who refuse to breed.
He makes fun of Jews who behave in an ungenteel way in restaurants and just said this week he went on a navy vessel and made 6trips to the all you can eat buffet for roast beef. I guess you can take the Jew out of the bronx but you cant take the bronx out of the Jew.
weiner owns rock star energy drink that fills people with caffeine,or caffeine like substance yet he speaks of health issues on his show.
weiner knows nothing of the military having never served (like almost all right wing radio hosts), yet he talks like a military expert.
He is wrong on many issues but I listen anyway because even a lousy weiner christian wannabe is better than a whining goy wannabe marc levine

weiner says that woody allen, seinfeld and larry davis are the modern Jewish versions of step and fetch it. weiner says the reason whites liked step and fetch it was because he made fun of his own ilk and whites liked to laugh at blacks. weiner takes one call after another from his gentile listeners who say they like seinfeld and larry david but were disgusted by the poking fun at the christian nuts who believe idols can weep.the christian callers are affirming weiners comments but he doesnt get it. His christian listeners say they like it when Jews make fun of Jews but when Jews make fun of christians they are stepping over the line.
weiner has a much larger audience than larry davids cable show so weiner is publicizing a TV show that almost nobody watches.
weiner says he cares about kids but donates money to save the gorillas and save the elephants and doesnt give to charities that help Jewish kids in the SF area.
Is weiner’s wife Jewish or italian? weiner seems to suck up to italians perhaps because he is married to one and was not welcome in his wife’s family.He once intimated his wife’s family did not accept him. I cant blame them. Does weiner even live with his wife anymore? he says he sleeps with his dog, he doesnt say he sleeps with his wife. as part of his hypocracy weiner bought his dog a raincoat so as to treat a dog like a child. He brings his dog into restaurants and feeds the dog like a child. Yet he harangs those that care more about animals than having kids. If weiner cared about kids why did he stop at 2. One would think a family oriented individual would have a brood of children. Again weiner the phony hypocrite comes through.
weiner says the sopranos was disgusting because it made fun of all italians yet weiner says he watched the sopranos and even bought the dvd of the show because he liked it. More weiner hypocracy.
weiner constantly attacks Jews and tries to stir up anti semitism, BUT when weiner was banned from visiting britain suddenly he became Jewish and implied he was the victim of anti-semitism. weiner attacks Jews because he has a kapo personality and probably believes he knows how to deal with goyiim and by him attacking Jews he will stop anti semitism by showing goys that all Jews are not whacky leftists. But weiner does this out of fear of christians. This is how he raised his kids and perhaps this explains why weiner’s adult children are afraid to reproduce.
weiner does this because unlike larry david weiner has a fear of christians. weiners personality is that of the kapos in the camps. I would rather deal with a probable commie spy and head case larry david than a self hater kapo michael weiner even though I am much closer to weiner politically.
I hope larry david does a parody of michael weiner and all his hypocracies . If he needs a writer for this project I volunteer!!
