
Kosher meat shortage intensifying
Two news reports out of the Midwest represent the first of what will likely amount to scores of stories about the difficulty of obtaining kosher meat in the wake of Agriprocessors' filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
In the first, a Chicago NPR correspondent visits a Jewish supermarket in the Windy City. And in the second, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports on a supermarket chain that hasn't had kosher beef for weeks.
