Hadassah: A better world, one foreskin at a time
Hadassah, the largest Jewish women's organization, wants you to know: it has launched a campaign to circumcise men.
That must be one engrossing pamphlet.
UPDATE: Just to be clear, the campaign (aimed at reducing AIDS in Africa) is a good thing. It was the photo that made us smile (and cringe).

Glad to have given everyone such a good chuckle! I think the problem was definitely in the caption, which I sent as I received—and probably should not have. Whether he’s relaxed or not (and it seems highly unlikely that he is), the real issue is that they took a piece of program literature to hide his face and preserve his confidentiality.
That is disgusting. Kind of ironic that a women’s organization, who presumably care about women’s bodily rights, would go out of their way to violate men’s. I’m not passing judgment on Judaism, that’s their own business, but when advocate circumcision for other people for the fun of it or for some silly old wives tale (circumcision doesn’t cure or prevent anything; Europe is doing just fine with a real penis...), that is just SICK, BASE and DISGUSTING. Shame on them.
