Politico’s Laura Rozen has obtained an e-mail Rosenthal reportedly sent to friends stating that she’s expecting to be named to the position in the coming days. Rosenthal, who was called a "leading candidate" earlier this week, says she is thrilled about the "exciting new adventure" she is about to take and is off to D.C.
