Anyone who spent a little time digging will quickly find that Israel could have bought CWIZ systems from Raytheon and been protecting the residents of Sderot even as they tired to come to a political solution. The thing is, Israel NEVER wanted a political solution, that is why Israel broke the truce on November 4th, 2008 as a pretense to get started with the war that Israel had planned even before entering into the informal ceasefire in the first place. Can you say perfidy? I knew you could, because it further happened when Israel used a “lull” just before the start of the onslaught on Gaza as a ruse. Best of all, it seems that many have not yet caught on to the true position of the White House. It’s the same stance as Richard Goldstone, Israel and Hamas must produce credible investigations or face further action. Will the US use it’s veto? Could be, but it will cost Bibi (if he’s still there) dearly.
