The ancient homeland of Jews is the same ancient homeland of Christians, Muslims, Druse and others. The difference is that Jews have always been in the minority. The claim of Zionists that it is their right to ethnically-cleanse the land of all but Jews is a false claim, as no one has a right to murder people and drive them into exile. Read some of what Jewish professor Shlomo Zand, of the University of Tel Aviv has to say on this matter:

I often feel uncomfortable when I read Campeas’ articles, especially when the subject is Israel, as the current one.He has a right to his opinions but it should be presented as such, not presented as an objective analysis. He and others should study the history and motivations of those who established the first Moshavot and the following Moshvim and Kibutzim. Maybe they should take Obama to Hadera one of the first Moshvot where one third of the founders died of malaria. When I aked my grandmother , who suffered from all kinds of malaria, “Why did’nt you leave?” She answered “and go where ? We came to rebuild our ancient homeland and be rebuilt by it”.

To the benighted ASC - Israel lacks nationally important sites besides Yad Vashem?? Let me enlighten you and other of your fellow ignorants: I would first take Mr. B. Hussein Obama to the Temple Mount, then to the recently excavated palace of King David, to the Machpela Cave in Hebron and, finally, to Masada. Only then would I show him Yad Vashem. BTW, since when have ideologues like Obama ever deigned to delve into fine distinctions, like Mr. Kropf correctly points out, if they didn’t fit their slogans?

To ASC I would reply that the City of David excavations might be quite suitable. But more to the point, why should an intelligent and well informed person like Barak Obama, whose speechwriters supposedly labored over his Cairo speech for weeks, have trouble distinguishing between the basis for Zionism as the return to Zion and not Uganda and the horrors of the Holocaust as a proximate cause for the urgency of a Jewish state immediately after WW2.

Meanwhile, the obligatory first stop for any politician or world leader visiting Israel is Yad Vashem, the Holocaust memorial. Let Obama’s critics on this score suggest a new pilgrimmage spot—perhaps Rishon Letzion.
