It’s hard not to be negative. This transcript is an embarrassment to both the press and the White House. Nothing substantive was said about missiles being fired into Southern Israel, about the Arab refusal to renounce violence, etc. No one finds it terribly imbalanced that Israeli Jews must leave their homes to make Jew-free zones, while Arabs can remain in all parts of Israel, straight up and down the center of the country. There is already a two-state (or one-half and 57.5 state solution), that state being Jordan, which was supposed to be the part of the Land the Arabs got before they invented the “Palestinian people.” Why is no pressure put on Jordan to absorb these people? If they truly want peace, the Arabs will leave the Jews alone to keep the little bit of land they still have. The answer is simple- stop the violence against Israel.
