It passed with elbow room -- 71 to 26. It needed 67. Voting for were 13 GOP senators and all 58 in the Democratic caucus.

I saw that the duma in Russia will get around to this in their own die time. But according to your boy this was the most important treaty to come down the pike, ever. Explain the contradiction.
