Rosenthal tells friends she’s getting anti-Semitism post
It looks like Hannah Rosenthal is going to to be the Obama administration's choice for special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism. Politico's Laura Rozen has obtained an e-mail Rosenthal reportedly sent to friends stating that she's expecting to be named to the position in the coming days. Rosenthal, who was called a "leading candidate" earlier this week, says she is thrilled about the "exciting new adventure" she is about to take and is off to D.C. Rozen's blog post is here.
Rosenthal was the head of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs for five years and is currently vice president for community relations at the not-for-profit WPS Health Insurance Company.
