Biden is to be applauded for his unambiguous presentation of the Obama Administration commitment to a genuine negotiated resolution of the Israel-Palestine conflict based on mutuality, and not the Netanyahu version of a 2-state agreement amounting to a Palestinian surrender arrangement.
