Rush Limbaugh is now calling Barack Obama ... an Arab.
Trying to figure out exactly how to describe this smear is like landing in a trash bin. Do the week-old banana peels smell worse? The rotting fired chicken discards? Is this more offensive to African Americans, with its grotesque reduction of their "struggle" to "blood" lines? To Obama? To Kenyans? To Arabs? To his listeners?
To make matters worse (they get worse?) Limbaugh appears to deliberately misrepresent a Philly Daily News article as making the same ludicrous assertion.

Kenya a colonized by Portugal and by Arabs. The “natives” are of course African. It is clear from the fact that Obama’s father was Moslem that Obama’s father was at least partially Arabic.
The claim that Obama is an Arab has as much or more basis as the claim that he is black.
You only have to look at the picture of Obama’s father to see that he is a 100% very black African with full negroid facial characteristics undiluted by any ‘arab’ blood. There is absolutely no basis to believe or prove any ‘arab’ descent in the father.

Let’s try to be a little serious about the alleged Saudi connection. The only source is the senile and corrupt Percy Sutton, who made the claim during the primary season when he was supporting Clinton. Not exactly an unimpeachable source, and not backed up by anything, not a copy of his alleged letter to Harvard, nothing.
What is documented is Obama’s taking out student loans to pay his tuition at Harvard. Why would he have done that if he had the Saudi loot?
If you want a Saudi connection somewhere, look to Bush and his daddy.

That’s even scarier than him being an Arab, because just as there are bad Arabs there are also good. But if the Wahabbists are investing a whole lot of money in him, he must be on their side, which means he is not on ours. It’s as simple as that.
ASIDE - While it is obvious Obama has both African (Black), as well as White America ancestry, the fact that his father was a Muslim from Kenya means there is a high likelyhood that he also has some Arab blood in his veins. But I wouldn’t call him an Arab.
