What’s wrong with being a Muslim?
The Miami Herald reports that some American Muslim leaders say Barack Obama's Web site aimed at countering rumors that he is a Muslim – fightthesmears.com – sends a negative message about their religion:
Vanessa Alikhan was at a Democratic ''unity party'' when she overheard another guest indignantly refute the rumor that Barack Obama is Muslim, as if it were a racial slur. She later recounted the conversation to a friend.''She told me that this is politics and that I should just deal with it,'' said Alikhan, a Fort Lauderdale graphic artist who converted to Islam about five years ago. ``To me this is the same as telling an African American or a Jewish person they should deal with discrimination because people aren't ready to embrace them as a group.''
She and other American Muslims are speaking out, as the Obama campaign pushes back on widely e-mailed and patently false claims that he is tied to Islamic terrorists. The rumor could be particularly damaging in a must-win state like Florida, which has a large Jewish population.

All this debate and what is accomplished? There is only one real issue and that is death. Well, maybe two...you will pay taxes and you will surly die. So what’ll you have? Smoking or non smoking.
The rich man in hell pleaded to Abraham to let him return so he can warn his family about his smoking problem. Abraham denied his request, saying that they will not listen and that they have already been told.
God’s promise to Abraham (eternal salvation through his seed) did not include Ishmael (the slave child) whose descendants will always be slave to sin and good works. Mohammad did not (or could not) dispute this. He read the same manuscripts we read today.
I am not smart enough to find a solution to taxes, but there is a solution to death. It involves Abraham’s seed through Isaac who was specifically included in God’s promise. Isaac was the free child...the truth will set you free. Awesome stuff. Funny how the real issue is avoided and scrutinized, but it is what it is.

No we aren’t. We make a clear distinction between Muslims and Islamic Supremacists, just as there is a difference between white people and white supremacists. All white supremacists are Caucasians, but very few Caucasians are white supremacists.
Islamic Supremacists kill not only us infidels, but also the wrong “kind” of Muslims. Islam is a religion, Islamic Supremacy is a cancer and a plague.
