    <title>Idea #1: Jewish media mashups</title>
    <link>http://blogs.jta.org/ENTRY_PERMALINK_HERE/idea-1-jewish-media-mashups/</link>
<description>JTA&#8217;s editor in chief, Ami Eden, kicks off the 28days28ideas initiative by calling on Jewish media outlets to start collaborating&#8212;not only as a way to reduce costs, but also to expand coverage in key strategic areas. A good place to start, he says, would be the creation of a joint Washington bureau and the launch of a new Jewish philanthropy news service staffed by reporters from multiple publications.</description>
